“I set myself a challenge to learn and discover my abilities. Cycling has helped me to discover a new skill and jumped my barrier because I cycle to work in 30 minutes, where before I was taking 1 hour walking to work. I am now saving £15 a week. I can now treat myself to a new pair of cycling trousers and gloves. My next savings is going to be buying myself a new fitted water proof jacket. I feel I am losing weight and toned up. This makes me feel so good.”
