We are a passionate community of women who are committed to give what we can to empower and educate women.
We know how important it is for you to know how we spend your donations. You want to know that your money is being spent on the right things and that your money is making a difference to the women and children we support.
Find out exactly where your money goes on our Transparency page.
Encouraging women from the Black and Ethnic minorities living in Dundee to be more socially involved. £5/month would help a socially isolated woman attend events and integrate into society.
Help women have the skills and confidence to seek and gain employment in their chosen field. £10/month will help 1 woman achieve a formal qualification.
Enabling women to feel in control of their own lives. We also encourage women to have more believe in themselves and feel able to engage in more mainstream activities. £20/month will help one woman attend an employability program.

Dundee International Women’s Centre remains temporarily closed due to ongoing concerns regarding the safety of the roof within our building at Manhattan Works.
We would like to reassure everyone that DIWC is not the only organisation affected by this situation. Other valuable local charities, including ADHD Dundee & Angus Support Group and Showcase the Street, are also currently impacted.
At present we are awaiting a further update from our landlord regarding next steps and timescales.
Please be assured that many of our classes and services are still continuing from different locations across Dundee thanks to the incredible support and kindness of other local organisations who have stepped in to help us during this difficult time.
A huge thank you to:
Without these organisations generously providing space for us, continuing services would not have been possible.
