What is the project about?
Breathe & Bloom is a gentle wellbeing session that takes place on select Fridays, delivered as a block of six sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
It is designed to help participants pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a calm and supportive environment. The sessions focus on guided breathing exercises, gentle mindfulness, and moments of reflection.
Through these practices, participants are encouraged to slow down, release tension, and create space for personal growth and self-care. The sessions are inclusive, accessible, and suitable for all levels, with no prior experience required.
