You can contact NHS 24 for out-of-hours health support, both physical and mental, when your GP is closed.
In an emergency, dial 999. For non-emergency mental health support, you can reach out to NHS 24 by calling 111.

Hope Point can help support you with a safe space to talk with staff. This service is open 24 hours a day, is free and is open to anyone within the Dundee area.

Gender Based Violence
Scottish Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage Helpline
The Scottish Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage helpline is open 7 days a week, 24 hours.
You can contact the helpline by phoning 0800 027 1234. You are also able to text or use WhatsApp by messaging 07401 288595. Interpretation is available, so you are able to talk to an advisor in the language that you would like to speak in.

Rape Crisis Scotland Helpline
The Rape Crisis Scotland helpline is open from 5pm until 12am every day.

Reporting a Hate Crime
Third Party Reporting at Dundee International Women's Centre
If you have been affected by a hate crime, did you know you can report this at Dundee International Women's Centre and we can help you report this to the Police?
When the centre is open, you can talk to a member of staff who can help you to report this. Alternatively, you can email support@diwc.co.uk out of hours and we will reply to your email as soon as possible.
