What is the project about?
The Wellbeing Circle is a weekly session held every Wednesday from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at the DIWC Centre. Each week, we focus on one topic that relates to mental health and everyday wellbeing.
This is a relaxed and supportive space where women come together to talk, listen, and share experiences. The discussions are gently guided, and everyone is welcome to take part at their own pace. The aim is to connect, feel supported, and leave feeling a little lighter and more grounded.
