“As a new settler in Dundee it was a great comfort to receive a series of advices and guidance along with goods and cash vouchers on essential things. It was a great support while entier family enjoyed the things we received daily the starter pack and the energy bill vouchers. It was well organised and continue this good effort throughout.”

“An unbiased and non-judgemental person listened to me and offered suggestions on what actions I might take next. Although my 'issue' is not resolved it was a relief to be able to simply talk to someone. I appreciated being able to talk in a private space. I really appreciated being able to talk through the difficulties I am currently faced with and the reassurance that I have rights too.”

A well planned and well organised event. It helps to bridge the lack of face-to-face communication, mitigate any misunderstandings and it makes me feel well supported and feel much less stressful / panic, when new things happen, I know where I should go and visit to seek and receive useful advice and guidance. Many thanks to [Drop-In Co-Ordinator] and [agency]!

“It is a well thought out event! By offering a friendly and welcoming venue and by inviting various organisations to one place, I find it extremely useful and humane for us to enquire about complicated and complex issues we are facing in life. The event facilitates us to gather information and answers, to listen to expert advices without delay and to be able to make an optimal decision based on the information and advices. With the right atmosphere, everyone here is genuinely supportive and sympathetic. I will come to these events regularly, as without them, I have been seeking externally for several months in vain.”
