Who is it for?
This 6-week course is specifically designed for women who are between 20 and 30 weeks pregnant.
It’s ideal for expectant mothers looking to prepare for childbirth and motherhood during this crucial stage of pregnancy.
What day and time?
Starting in January - Fridays, 1pm - 3pm
What is covered?
Come and meet other mums-to-be, learn to relax and take care of yourself, and get to know your baby before the birth.
